The first day of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday, observed this year on February 26.  We will gather as a church family at 6:00 that evening in the sanctuary, for a service of repentance, contemplation, communion, and the imposition of ashes.  The 40 days of Lent is a time to intentionally focus on prayer and repentance.
